About me

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and I am a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future. My research focuses on understanding equitable strategies that advance sustainable healthy food systems. Before my Ph.D., I worked on a multi-country collaboration on the role of academic institutions in advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. I earned my MPH from the Yale School of Public Health, where my research and practice concentrated on the health impacts of climate change, and my BA from Occidental College in Diplomacy and World Affairs.

The urgency of the climate crisis demands that we study strategies that will help prevent and prepare for the health and equity consequences
